Who is Beta Phi Chi? Beta Phi Chi Fraternity/Sorority, Inc. is a union of brothers & sisters who possess diverse skills, talents, backgrounds, culture, and outlooks. This diversity is what sets Beta Phi Chi apart from other Fraternities and Sororities. Each member of Beta Phi Chi is able to attribute to the organization in their own unique way and ultimately impact the organization at large. Beta Phi Chi has members in a wide variety of career spectrums including: Educators, Entrepreneurs, Managers, Accountants and CEOs. Beta Phi Chi is designed in a way that it cultivates and enhances each individual's talents, gifts and skills. The unity of the brotherhood and sisterhood helps each member deal with any issues or problems they may face and overcome them as a team. Beta Phi Chi's vision for each member is that they "Live Life to the Fullest, Lead by Example and Leave a Legacy" on their campus and in their community.
